Office Hours

The Beijing Office is staffed during regular business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Beijing Time). We are open during business hours for visits from alumni, students, and parents, or any interested individual or organization. Please contact the Beijing Office to notify us of your visit.

Please note that Beijing time is 14 hours ahead of Central time (13 during Daylight Savings Time) so email sent to the office will likely not be read until the next business day. When making a phone call, you may find it helpful to reference the current time in Beijing.

Visiting the Office

If you are traveling to China and have plans to visit the China Office, you may wish to download our Directions and Contact Information [PDF]. It contains the full address and phone number for the office, directions for getting to the office by subway once you are in Beijing, and driving directions written in Chinese for your taxi driver.
